(1) First just scroll and go through this entire link reading names of all the sessions.
(2) Purchase a new diary for making notes and writing your insights and questions as you watch every session.
(3) Decide which session attracts you the most and begin watching that session after you complete all formalities.
(4) Formalities include clearing your aura, making sure no one disturbs you during your session, sitting with a glass of water, your diary, a pen and something sweet or salty (snack) covered in a jar or box for you to consume after the session is completed.
(5) Formalities also include making sure that you are sitting on a chair and using a table in front of you. Avoid sitting on a bed for these sessions.
(6) Avoid sitting on the floor. Avoid sitting on the sofa. Throughout the session, ensure that your legs and hands are not crossed or folded at all.
(7) In the middle of the session, if you realize that your hands and legs were crossed and folded, stop, clear your aura and continue the session from where you left off.
(8) Try to complete a washroom visit before the session. You can visit in between as well, though it is always advisable to complete a one hour session without any disturbance.
(9) If you feel very uncomfortable during a session, you can slowly open your eyes, clear your aura, drink water and leave that session after eating something. You can complete it again later anytime you are ready for it.
(10) You may like some sessions more, some less. Note it in your diary. It is ok to not like all sessions. Your frequency and vibrations at that point in time attract the best sessions to you to expand your consciousness.
(11) Write questions, if any, in your notebook after the session is completed. You can ask them after the live session is completed or during any other class.
(12) You can practice up to 2 one-hour sessions a day with a break of 20 to 30 minutes in between. If the sessions are less than 40 to 45 minutes, you can practice up to 3 sessions in a day.
(13) Recordings of all 150 sessions and some PDFs wherever available are accessible by you till 31st December, 2026 only.
(14) You can download any or all PDFs if you want to save them for your lifetime.
(15) These group sessions cover most aspects of life and are suitable for anyone who is 21 years of age and above and is well versed with the English language.
With these pointers, all guidelines on how to begin and proceed are now completed for all new and existing participants.
